good evening all

well I'm posting at last, i know I'm a bit slow but here i am...went to crabapple today with my lovely dd..what would i do without her.....i am still relishing life after the Christmas thing...life is good
we are going to sort out some recipes tomorrow nice low fat healthy ones,
i had a tea caddy that i altered in the uks summer crop so i reckon if i get together some nice recipes and we are going to put them onto card and maybe put some slim pics on so we always have something nice to choose from.....
don't know about but i think if you have your meals planned its easy to stick to eating healthy...........
do you notice how i have not said diet....i am going to walk, i have started but i have missed a couple of day's ..
but tomorrow is a new day and i am feeling very positive.
so i have treated myself to a new bead for my troll bracelet its the Chara one the third eye... so i can watch all you lot LOL.....no its really lovely.
so i am going to try and put a piccy of it up for Lou she wanted to see it
